Splinter Media LLC is a United States–based consulting agency for e-commerce brands. We help build and operate direct-to-consumer brands; our current brand is Vitale (vitalemethod.com), a supplier of research-grade peptides and compounds. Purchases from the brands we operate are billed by Splinter Media and appear on card statements as SPLINTER MEDIA.
Products sold under the Vitale brand are research chemicals intended strictly for laboratory and research use only. They are not drugs, supplements, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices, and are not for human or animal consumption in any form. By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified researcher aged 21 or older and that you will handle, store, and use all products in accordance with applicable laws and proper laboratory practice.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms or applicable law. Prices and product information are subject to change without notice.
You agree not to use our sites or products for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent your identity or intended use, or to resell products in a manner that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend access for conduct that harms our business, our customers, or third parties.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. You authorize the applicable charge at checkout. Statements will reflect the descriptor SPLINTER MEDIA.
