If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
If an order does not arrive or there is a problem with your purchase, contact us and we will investigate and resolve it promptly — typically within 5 business days.
For safety and integrity reasons, opened or used research products cannot be returned once the tamper-evident seal is broken, except where required by law or in the case of a verified defect. Unopened, unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days — contact us first to arrange it.
Email support@vitalemethod.com (Vitale orders) or support@splintermedia.io with your order number and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear.
